Returns
We offer a 30-day return policy from the date you receive your order.
To be eligible, items must be:

Due to hygiene and safety standards, we cannot accept returns for opened or used skincare products.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
Please check your order upon delivery. If an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, it must be reported within 48 hours of receipt so we can resolve the issue promptly.
Non-Returnable Items

Exchanges
If you wish to exchange an item, please return it in its original condition. Once approved, you may place a new order for the desired product.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of approval. Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
European Union Customers
If your order is shipped to the EU, you are entitled to a 14-day cooling-off period, during which you may return eligible items for any reason, provided they are unopened, unused, and in their original packaging.
