Thank you for shopping with Beauty and Impact. We are committed to getting your natural skincare products to you in a timely and efficient manner. This policy outlines our shipping procedures and guidelines.
1. Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 2-3 business days (Monday - Friday, excluding public holidays in Singapore) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
2. Domestic Shipping (Singapore Only)
We currently ship to all addresses within Singapore. At this time, we do not offer international shipping.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
We offer the following shipping options for your convenience. Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to factors outside of our control, such as carrier delays or high-volume periods.
3. How do I check the status of my order?
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipment confirmation email from us which will include your tracking number. Please allow up to 24 hours for the tracking information to become active.
You can use the tracking number provided to check the status of your shipment via the carrier's website.
4. Incorrect Shipping Address & Undeliverable Packages
It is the customer's responsibility to provide a complete and accurate shipping address at the time of purchase.
Beauty and Impact. is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer. If a package is returned to us as undeliverable, the customer will be responsible for the redelivery fee.
5. Damages, Lost, or Stolen Packages
Beauty and Impact. is not liable for any products damaged, lost, or stolen during the shipping process.

If you received your order damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim, as they may be required for the carrier's investigation.

If your package is lost in transit, please contact us so we can assist you in liaising with the shipping carrier.
